Description:

Building AEPC’s capacity to function as a national resource centre for alternative energy promotion.
Providing subsidies for consumers who wish to invest in alternative energy.
Providing support to consumers and private sector service providers with a view to developing, manufacturing, marketing, installing and maintaining alternative energy solutions.
ESAP has three components: i) Institutional Support to Rural Energy Sector, ii) Technical assistance within biomass Energy, Mini Grid (Micro Hydro) Development and Solar Energy and iii) Financial Assistance to Rural Energy Investments: Rural Energy Fund. |
